Looking ahead · Workforce Intelligence
A future direction for workforce planning.
Events and exhibitions are our live commercial focus.
As our event business grows, we will explore Workforce Intelligence with union and project partners. This is a future planning direction: understanding project demand, identifying potential gaps and preparing for emerging opportunities.
Planned capability
What workforce will be needed next?
Major Project Workforce Forecasting will look 6, 12 and 24 months ahead.
The goal will be to translate upcoming project activity into a clearer picture of timing, locations and classifications. Union and industry partners will be able to use those signals to inform capacity planning and workforce preparation.

How it will connect
From project activity to better preparation.
The operating chain will build from real project coordination toward a better understanding of supply. That foundation will support forecasting, with union partners helping define how insights should be interpreted and used.
Development approach
Built with the people who will use it.
We will shape this capability with union, workforce and project partners.
Workforce Intelligence will support informed planning. It will not replace union dispatch, training decisions or collectively bargained processes. Partner input will help determine useful signals, appropriate data access and the decisions forecasting should support.
