Project opportunities do not always arrive in a form that existing labour structures can take on. UWF closes that gap: holding the client contract, shaping the scope and coordinating delivery under collective agreements.

How It Works
Three Actors. One Clear Division.
Unions hold the workforce. Clients hold the work. UWF is the signatory contractor in between.
Unions maintain membership, certifications, seniority, and wage frameworks. Clients hold the project, the budget, and the scope. UWF holds the commercial contract with the client, scopes the work to the proper classifications, sources labour through the appropriate union channels, and manages execution on site. The systems stay with the unions. The execution sits with UWF.
