Events remain our live commercial foundation as we expand across North America. Healthcare, logistics and broader technology work are development directions, shaped by project demand and operational readiness. Construction is an adjacent ecosystem with established operating structures.

Healthcare environments require reliable labour across roles, shifts, and locations. The operating model — defined scope, structured deployment, full CBA compliance — applies cleanly to this sector. UWF is building toward healthcare deployment as a future expansion vector.

Logistics environments demand rapid coordination of labour across facilities and time-sensitive operations. The same intake-to-remittance discipline that runs UWF's event work fits this sector. Deployment is part of the forward roadmap, not the current footprint.

The construction industry already functions through established operational hierarchies involving general contractors, subcontractors, trade contractors, project managers, labour allocation systems, union dispatch structures, and mature workforce execution chains.
UWF works alongside established project-delivery structures.
Operating Model
The operating model is intentionally focused on sectors where scalable workforce coordination infrastructure remains underserved — allowing UWF to operate as a complementary layer within the broader labour ecosystem without creating unnecessary operational conflict.
