Every project moves through the same five steps.
Union Work Force takes on the client contract and runs a structured intake-to-remittance process. We capture the scope, coordinate delivery and connect the work to union labour under the appropriate collective agreement.

Signatory contractor in between. Holds the commercial contract, scopes the work, dispatches through union channels, supervises execution, and remits under the CBA.

Scope Intake
Work begins with the client.
The first step is taking on the project scope from the client. UWF reviews the work to be done, the timelines, the venue conditions, and any specialized requirements before any labour decisions are made. This is where the commercial contract is established and the engagement is structured.

CBA Scoping
The work is mapped to the appropriate collective agreement.
UWF holds CBAs with many of the large unions. Once the scope is defined, we review the applicable agreement, work requirements and delivery schedule. Classification and agreement details are confirmed for each project before labour is requested.

Labour Request
Labour is dispatched through proper union channels.
With the labour requirement defined, UWF submits dispatch requests to the appropriate signatory union(s). Once the scope is locked, labour is dispatched against it — the right classifications, the right headcount, on schedule. UWF does not manage the workforce; it manages the work that union labour gets dispatched to.

On-Site Execution
The crew goes to work under UWF supervision.
UWF runs the work on site. This includes crew supervision, schedule management, safety oversight, and coordination across trades when multiple agreements are active on the same project. The crew works for UWF; UWF reports to the client.

Compliance and Remittance
Hours, wages, and dues — handled under the CBA.
Every hour worked is tracked, paid, and reported under the governing collective agreement. Pension contributions, health benefits, training fund contributions, and union dues are remitted on schedule. There is no off-CBA path. Every project closes the loop the same way.
Collective agreements
A Strong Union Foundation.
UWF holds CBAs with many of the large unions.
Our agreements provide the foundation for taking on client work and delivering it with union labour. The applicable agreement and requirements are confirmed for each project.
Coordination
Multi-Trade Alignment.
Trades are coordinated as a single execution.
Projects bring together event spaces, vendor services and client requirements on shared timelines. UWF coordinates the scope, access windows and delivery sequence, with work performed under the appropriate collective agreements.

UWF deploys labour across each phase of a project — setup, execution, breakdown — with continuity of supervision and proper classification at every stage. Crews are dispatched against the locked scope; supervision is continuous; remittances close properly at the end.

Execution
On-floor delivery with continuous supervision and CBA-compliant scheduling.
Breakdown
Teardown, load-out, and closeout — same crews, same agreements.
Operating Model

UWF is the contractor of record. Every project is delivered end-to-end under the governing CBAs.
Coordination is part of execution, not an alternative to it. Every UWF engagement is a signed contract with the client, executed by union labour under one or more of the signatory agreements, with UWF accountable for delivery from intake through remittance.
